2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on roko69. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. roko69 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age, with all pending balances forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. roko69 primarily serves players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before accessing roko69. roko69 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
2.3 Single Account. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the roko69 platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts may only be used for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, a syndicate, or any commercial entity is strictly prohibited.
2.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion through the roko69 Responsible Gaming program, or who are registered on any third-party self-exclusion scheme recognized by roko69, are not eligible to hold an active Account during their exclusion period.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested by roko69. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and must promptly update your Account if any details change.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. roko69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Closure by roko69. roko69 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of this Agreement, or where roko69 determines that continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the platform.
4.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time roko69 deems appropriate for compliance purposes, roko69 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet channels, unless otherwise stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Currency. All Player Funds on roko69 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made via methods that process in a different currency will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. roko69 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.4 Deposit Fees. roko69 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own inter-bank transfer or service fees, for which roko69 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source account where technically possible.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and (c) complied with all applicable sections of this Agreement.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. roko69 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal method details where necessary for compliance purposes.
6.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.4 Processing Time. roko69 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where the request is flagged for compliance review. roko69 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and will not be liable for delays outside of its direct control.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Withdrawal limits are tiered according to the Player's VIP membership level. Standard (untiered) accounts are subject to the default limits published on the withdrawal page. Limits may be increased upon VIP tier advancement and successful KYC completion.
6.6 Right to Withhold. roko69 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of security checks, compliance review, or fraud investigation. Where a withdrawal is withheld for more than five (5) business days, roko69 will notify the Player via the registered email address.
7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria published at the time of each promotion. roko69 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any Player from a promotion where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of bonus terms is identified.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30× the bonus amount) will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
7.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% per Rp staked; table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution schedule is published in each promotion's individual terms.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. roko69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is materially modified or withdrawn while Players are actively participating, roko69 will use reasonable efforts to honor the terms in place at the time of the Player's opt-in.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All wagers are subject to acceptance by roko69. A wager is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number. roko69 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
8.2 Odds and Prices. Odds displayed on the roko69 platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Where a wager is placed at an odds price that was displayed in error, roko69 reserves the right to void the wager and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
8.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the roko69 platform. The bandar bola (Asian handicap / local bookmaker market) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bet types are subject to their own settlement rules as published.
8.4 Togel Markets. Wagers on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau — are settled based on the official results published by the respective pool operators. roko69 is not responsible for delays, corrections, or disputes in official draw results.
8.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical fault, system failure, or communication breakdown that affects the integrity of a game or wager, roko69 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. roko69 will not honor bets placed or settled due to a technical error that produced an incorrect outcome or price.
8.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and are displayed at the point of wager placement. roko69 may impose individual Player stake limits where required for risk management purposes.
The following actions constitute serious breaches of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances where applicable:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the roko69 platform — including but not limited to the roko69 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of roko69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License. roko69 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any roko69 content without prior written consent.
10.3 Game Software. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, roko69 will use reasonable efforts to liaise with the applicable provider but accepts no liability for errors or malfunctions in third-party game software.
13.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, roko69's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.5 Force Majeure. roko69 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, strikes, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures.
14.1 Right to Amend. roko69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. The most current version of the Agreement is always available on this page at https://roko69.cam/terms-conditions.
14.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where roko69 makes a material change to this Agreement that adversely affects your rights, roko69 will notify you via the email address registered to your Account at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect, where practicable.
14.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the roko69 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which roko69 is incorporated, which is an internationally recognized gaming jurisdiction. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
